Pelion combines mountain and sea. We have an excellent partnership with "Sail with us" and they organise a fantastic daily cruise excursion for hotel guests.
Example Daily Cruise Itinerary:
- At 9:30 we board the boat at the port of Volos!
- Get to know the crew over a cup of coffee!
- Our day starts out at around 10:00, when we set course for Jasteni, Prasouda or another beautiful, picturesque and well-protected cove!
- At around 12:30 we arrive at our destination. You can swim, take out a SUP board or enjoy snorkeling. Cool drinks and fruit also are served, just to whet your appetite!
- At 14:30 we depart for the island of Trikeri, where we arrive about 45 minutes later. There we enjoy fresh fish, crayfish pasta and mezes served with tsipouro at traditional local tavernas!
- Here, nature lovers can walk around the island and visit the famous monastery, which once was a place of exile for women!
- At 17:30 we leave the island behind and head to Trachili bay which is only accessible by sea, for another swim. Alternatively, we sail on to Afissos for coffee & dessert!
- The day ends at sunset, returning to the port of Volos at around 8pm, having enjoyed an unforgettable day’s sailing!
